DELIVERY RATES

All orders are delivered nation-wide and internationally ex. Wellington, NZ. We offer flat rates for nation-wide delivery however if your order exceeds standard size limits, we will notify you of any extra charges incurred.

    • North Island - $6.50
    • South Island & the rest of NZ - $7.50
    • All international orders cannot be processed through our website

If you are ordering from out of of New Zealand we can manually process your order and take payment by credit card or international money transfer. Please email us directly with the products you would like to order and we will let you know how much it will cost to send it to you.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

We endeavour to process and dispatch your order as soon as it is received. This process will be done during normal business hours Monday to Friday.

    • National delivery: Upon dispatch you should expect to receive your order within 1 - 3 working days
    • International delivery: You will be advised estimated delivery day upon dispatch of your order

Delays may occur when we are out of stock of a product ordered and we are awaiting delivery of that product. Please be assured that we will contact you regarding any delay in your order and will advise you as soon as we have the product and your order is dispatched.

 

ORDER PICKUPS

If you live in the Wellington area or know someone in the area, you may choose to pick up your order from one of our two branches located in Wellington or Lower Hutt. If you wish to pick up your order please let us know which branch you wish to pick up your order so it is made readily available. We require notification of who is picking up the order, formal identification and a signature of receipt will be required. Pick up branches are:

DELIVERY DISPATCH

When your order is processed you will be notified by email that your order has been dispatched. Please note that your order will have a tracking number and orders will need to be signed off by the receiver when it is delivered.

 

ORDER PROCESS

        1. Order is placed online with payment
        2. Order is processed and filled Monday to Friday during normal business hours. If any delays or extra charges to pay you will be notified immediately
        3. Order is dispatched and an email is sent to you with the tracking number
        4. Invoice with receipt included in your order
        5. Order verification and signature at receiving end

 

SECURE PERSONAL DETAILS

When you place your order, details are taken so we are able to process your order and you can check your order history. Your information is held strictly for Dental Shop business and will never be supplied to any third party. Our policy allows you to opt in for our newsletter if you wish to be kept up to date with our monthly specials. If you wish you can opt out of this service at any time.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We have multiple methods of payment if you are not comfortable with credit card payments over the internet. We have other systems in place to process your order

    • DD - Direct Debit
    • CCP - Credit Card over the phone (VISA or MASTERCARD ONLY)
    • GE - GE Finance card (Creditline, GEMVISA)

ACCOUNT SECURITY

All your payments go through a DPS(Direct Payment System) which is found world wide so all your information supplied will never leave the transactional area of your account.

Returns and Conditions

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Products can only be returned with authorised prior approval from staff personnel at the Dental Shop. The goods will be credited back if they are faulty and certified by the manufacturer that they have a defect. A manufacturers report will be required before a refund is able to be issued.

Products which are sold and are rejected due to issues of taste or personal changes in preferances will not be refunded.

 

INCORRECT ORDERS

If for any reason your order has been processed incorrectly, you will need to notify us so that we are able to send you a return ticket for the goods. The return costs of those goods will be the responsibility of the Dental Shop.

RETURNS COST

The cost of the return of a product is the responsibility of the purchaser unless a return ticket has been issued by the Dental Shop.
